2. Who regulates us?
We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). You can check this and our name and address by visiting www.fsa.gov.uk/register or by phoning the FSA on 0845 606 1234.
3. Ownership
We are an independent company. No insurance company has a stake in Andrew Yule (Insurance), and we do not have a stake in any insurance company. You can be sure that we give impartial advice and make unbiased recommendations to you.
4. Which type of service will we provide?
We are insurance experts and will give you advice and make recommendations to you. We will take responsibility for the advice we give and recommendations we make.
This is not the case for all brokers/insurance companies, which means that you may be taking responsibility yourself for any policy you buy.
When we give you advice or assistance we are acting as your agent. When you pay your premium we are collecting it on behalf of the insurance company.
5. Whose products do we offer?
We offer products from a range of insurers for motor & vehicle, house & home, business and travel insurance. When we recommend a policy to you we will have done so on the basis of a fair analysis of the market.
6. Will you have to pay for our services?
